1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 99bk platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you", "your"). By using our website, app, or any of our services, you automatically and fully accept these Terms.

99bk is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, slots, fishing games, live casino, and various other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The platform follows SSL encryption and fair play principles.

99bk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via the platform or by email. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

To create an account at 99bk, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided in the registration form must be accurate, complete, and your own.
• Each person may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, 99bk reserves the right to close them and forfeit any accumulated funds.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Giving account access to any unauthorized third party is prohibited.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or rented to third parties.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

Providing false or misleading information during registration, or failing to update your information later, is a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 99bk reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account and forfeit the balance.

3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

99bk provides services only to individuals aged 21 or above. At any time, we may request valid identification to verify your identity and age, such as:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Bangladeshi Passport
• Driving License

Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete. If the required documents are not submitted within a reasonable time after being requested, restrictions may be placed on the account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at 99bk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes.
• The source of funds deposited into your account must be your own lawful income or savings.
• Depositing using a third party's payment method or another person's account is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds received from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details).
• Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification is incomplete.
• 99bk reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal request for investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

99bk offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete betting worth 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.2 Additional Bonus Conditions

• A bonus may not be claimed more than once on a single account.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the bonus.
• 99bk reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Where applicable, additional bonuses may have their own separate terms.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on 99bk:

• Once a bet is finalized, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 99bk reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Bets linked to match fixing or any other misconduct will be considered void.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Abusing promotions through betting strategies ("arbitrage betting")
• Betting using multiple accounts or third-party accounts
• Attempting to manipulate the system using any technical advantage or software
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

Various types of bets can be placed in the sports betting section, such as match results, run totals, wickets, and more. Market-specific rules are available on the platform. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be considered void and the original stake will be refunded.

7. Responsible Gaming

99bk firmly believes in responsible gaming and is committed to helping members develop healthy gaming habits. Gaming should be for entertainment purposes only, not as a way to solve financial problems.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any legitimate funds in your balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus balances will be cancelled if wagering requirements have not been met.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 99bk

99bk may suspend or cancel an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Operating multiple accounts
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Direction or order from a law enforcement authority

Where applicable in such cases, 99bk reserves the right to forfeit the balance and take any necessary legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party network issues

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government directives, etc.)

11. Service Changes & Amendments

99bk reserves the right to make any of the following changes:

• Adding or removing service content, games, and betting markets
• Temporary service interruptions for technical maintenance
• Changes to bonus structures and promotional offers
• Changes to minimum deposit, withdrawal, or betting limits
• Amendments to any part of these Terms

For significant changes, we will endeavor to give as much advance notice as possible. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If discussion does not lead to a resolution, the matter will be settled through mediation or arbitration.
